Our Founder & Managing Partner, Ms. Anusha Soni provided insights to Times of India on the SEBI’s action barring Anmol Singh Jaggi and his brother Puneet from the securities market and from holding key positions in any listed company. A forensic audit of Gensol Engineering has been initiated. 

According to the order, Jaggi misappropriated funds from Gensol Engineering Ltd., a company affiliated with BluSmart. SEBI’s investigation revealed that loans intended for purchasing electric vehicles were allegedly diverted to personal expenses.
