Profile Summary

Anusha Soni is a founding partner at AT& Partners. She finished her LL. B from University of London in 2016 and holds a Master’s in Asian studies from the University of Amsterdam. She is a receipt of the Erasmus Mundus fellowship of 2010. Ms. Soni holds a multidisciplinary background where she can offer a unique 360-degree perspective on international disputes, international commercial arbitrations and commercial disputes. She routinely offers advisory to companies and commercial entities-based Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong.

She also holds a Diploma from National Law University, Delhi in International Commercial Arbitration and Treaty Arbitration. She is the recipient of the scholarship from the Patron in Chief of the course- Justice Indu Malhotra (Former Judge, Supreme Court of India). Presently, Ms. Soni is part of path breaking academic research in the field of international commercial arbitrations and disputes. She has been engaged by University of Berkeley and Oxford University Press to contribute on the changing legal landscape of India.

She is known for covering critical legal and political issues, particularly those related to the judiciary for more than a decade. Ms. Soni’s work often emphasizes the legal and ethical dimensions of key events in Indian democracy. She has been a thought leader, and her views have resonated with the decision makers.

She has extensively covered the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across the country and has been a leading commentator on key legislative, legal and policy issues. Apart from writing extensively, she has anchored prime time shows for Network 18, ideated special shows and programs for legal news and information dissemination. Ms. Soni’s work has been published across national media outlets.

She started the law firm, along with her partners to develop a niche platform for providing competent professional legal services for various sectors.
