Legal professional with hands-on experience in corporate and litigation, Triosha practices across the High Court of Delhi, the High Court of Bombay, and the High Court of Orissa. She represents and advises domestic and international clients including Fortune 500 and 1000 companies and large to mid-size Indian businesses. Triosha is a B.A. LL.B. and holds Masters in Investments & Securities Laws from Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Mumbai and National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), estd. under the aegis of Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
She has been a member of the Advisory Council of Harvard Business Review and is presently on the Academic Panel of the Cambridge University Press. She writes for prominent national print media like: The Hindu, The Indian Express Group, The Mint, and The Times of India Group among other digital and print publications.
